In a world without Earth, Heaven and Hell are directly connected, however a large magical barrier, named The Palisade Bridge, separates the two lands so that no one can pass through without immediately disintegrating from the barrier’s power. However, as the King of Hell is desperate for resources from Heaven to keep their starving people alive, he discovers two young brothers who are mysteriously the only people ever capable of passing through the barrier, and sends them to scout Heaven in secret…until what the brothers discover leads them to question how many secrets the King of Hell himself is keeping from them.
